Why I Do This Work
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida and New York, a certified life coach, and the owner of both a private therapy practice and a coaching business. I bring over 15 years of experience working with high-functioning adults, leaders, and decision-makers
Throughout my career—including leadership roles as a hospital chaplain and years of counseling executives, entrepreneurs, and professionals—I’ve had a front-row seat to how capable people think when the stakes are high.
What I’ve learned is this:
